Year Of No Light, the final performer at last year’s MetalDays festival, is coming to Ljubljana! After bringing the festival to a close with flying colours, the French gloomsters, weaving doom, drone, sludge, metal and a large helping of melancholic ambiance are just what the doctor ordered to cool you down in the summer heat. Since 2001, the group, signed to Debemur Morti Productions, released 4 studio records, numerous split albums and a bunch of other stuff, carving their names into hearts of darkness all over the world.
They will be accompanied by Monarch, also from France, but signed to cult label Profound Lore Records. Monarch are the soundtrack to madness and the final strike at your soul before it leaves the hell we call Earth and heads on to Hell proper, ruled over by the Horned One. So far, the group has released 7 albums and trust us, their performance is not to be missed.
