They are making a stop in Kino Šiška for a gig we can’t wait for! Their opening set includes Brian Lopez & Gabriel Sullivan.
The Giant3 Sand Tour, starting April 6th April in Ljubljana, will also preview their new video single Texting Feist (following their first video single Transponder feat. Jason Lytle/Grandaddy), filmed in Spain (de Edu Perez y Laura Martínova) as well as Arizona, and directed and edited by Lonna Kelley, long time collaborator and chanteuse.
Opening set includes Giant3 Sand own Brian Lopez and Gabriel Sullivan, who aside from their own resounding solo-careers, are soon to unveil the highly anticipated chicha‐psychedelic—infused XIXA. Rounding out the opening set will include Howes daughters band, Patsys Rats.
These tour dates in Spring will continue to close the 3 decade circle of touring as Giant3 Sand, choosing to end on a high note with what Howe calls “a perfectly executed album reflecting the variety of material that has been the bands imprint” over the last 30 years. “A fine time to lay it all to rest and begin the next 30 years with something else.” –Howe Gelb
