Comic lovers, beware! In June Kiosk will be treating you to special reduced prices of comic albums that are in stock. You can visit us each working day between 3 and 8 pm in our mini outdoor comic shop in the summer garden of Kino Šiška (or in the event of rain, in the ground floor lobby of Kino Šiška).
Our range includes Slovenian classics as well as the most prominent names of the global comic scene. Alongside the Slovenian magazine Stripburger with an international feel to it, and the Croatian Komikaze, you can also buy editions of the Latvian magazine kuš! Each day a selected comic album will be available at a special price. Daily offers will be regularly posted on the KIOSK Kino Šiška Facebook profile.
And there is more. On Friday 12 June between 4 and 8 pm, the summer garden of Kino Šiška will be hosting the Ljubljana Comic Bazaar where you will be able to exchange, sell or buy old, second-hand classics and new comic albums. Once more, the Bazaar is organised in co-production with Stripoholik Society of Comics Lovers. The relaxed pre-summer socialising in the company of excellent comics will be the unofficial final event of the current Stripolis season, which will be rounded off “officially” in autumn with the 3rd edition of Stripolisfest comic strip festival.
