On October 23, the 9th edition of the Biennial of Slovenian Independent Illustration will launch at Kino Šiška. The Independent Biennial will again feature 23 authors, mainly from Slovenia, who work in the interspaces of contemporary illustration, artistic practices and design.
The young collection of works of various formats, media and techniques is again brought together in a varied and colorful exhibition. This year, the audience is presented with an important segment of authors, mostly of the younger generation, who embody the current “feel” of time through visual works.
This year, we will be joined by: Ajda Kadunc, Ajda Zorko, Ana Janež, Anže Šmalc, Bibi Erjavec, Dejan Kralj, Eva Jera Hanžek, Irena Remc, Janja Kosi, Jernej Myint, Katie Woznicki, Matej Stupica, Mateja Filipič, Mihael Novak, Patricija Marenić, Satya Pene, Tea Kralj, Tina Konec, Tina Mohorović, Tina Sapundžić, Tina Volarič, Vita Weisseisen, Žana Šuran.You are invited to join us in exploring the colourful visual world!
