Filaments of Existence is an instrumental duo from Italy. Camilla Collet on drums and Giorgio Giacobbi on tenor saxophone combine their acoustic sound with a rich array of electronica, making it easy to forget that you are listening to a duo.
Their music combines a variety of genres ranging from electronic music, jazz, rock/metal and sci-fi soundtracks, drawing inspiration from artists such as Colin Stetson, Nerve, Disasterpeace and Cult of Luna. In 2023, they released their first EP “Sed Intelligere!”, followed by their debut full-length “Time Becomes Meaningless” in January.
Summer in Šiška is a series of free evening concerts on Wednesdays for summer get-togethers and bonding over music. In good weather, you can cool down with a refreshing drink in hand in the summer garden of the Kino Šiška Café, and in case of rain, you can enjoy the music under the roof of our Komuna Hall.
