Our traditional New Year’s party, in collaboration with Mladina, brings the return of Klemen Klemen, this time with the dub and reggae musical backbone of Dubzilla. We’re barrelling towards 2025 in Trnowo–Šiška style! A live DJ programme will take care of afters.
Klemen Klemen, one of the three wise men of Slovenian hip-hop, made one of the best Slovenian records of all time with his incredible debut album Trnow Stajl, later adding to his evergreen catalogue with further releases. Over the years, this striking character from the Trnovo neighbourhood has established himself as a first-class entertainer, always delivering an unforgettable party. This year, in collaboration with Mladina, we are thrilled to hand over the reins of our traditional New Year’s party in Šiška to the legend himself.
Instrumental support for the Trnovo ninja will be provided by his regular collaborators and local dub/reggae stalwarts, Dubzilla. The band from Novo Mesto blends influences from all over into their easy-going sound. They’ll be in charge of ensuring a firm musical backbone for Klemen as he runs his mouth. Another New Year’s party in Šiška that’s not to be missed!
