With workshops at the DobraVaga Gallery, we open the doors wide to the world of contemporary visual art and urban creativity for our youngest visitors.
Mentor Tatiana Kocmur will introduce children to the art form of performance, and through play, movement, and artistic creation, the workshop will stimulate their imagination, explore their senses, and strengthen their awareness of physical gestures and mutual interaction.
The children will creatively and playfully explore the gallery space through geometric shapes, sensory boxes, and dynamic movement games. By walking along winding paths, exploring scents, and intertwining movements into choreography, they will first discover different ways of expression and peer collaboration. In the second part, they will translate their experiences into visual creations using natural colours on geometric cut-outs, which will ultimately be combined into a collective artwork.
The workshop is intended for children over six years of age.
