She’ll present her new album Hunter, the heavily anticipated visceral exploration of sexuality and gender roles and the successor to the albums that got her nominated for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize and BRIT Award.

Garage rock ‘n’ roll legends The Sonics, whose ground-breaking grimy, razor sharp rock established them as one of the first punk bands in history and an unmistakeable influence on countless generations of musicians – from Bruce Springsteen and Nirvana to the White Stripes and Japandroids – in Slovenia for the first time!

God Is An Astronaut, one of the biggest names in instrumental post rock, who have packed our hall several times already, are coming back with a new audio-visual spectacle. The Irish band will present their latest, eighth, studio album Epitaph, a serious contender for album of the year according to Distorted Sound.

In October, we’ll welcome the rising young singer and guitarist Laurel, whose hypnotic intensity has mesmerised the British indie scene. Her original sound lies between Florence + The Machine and Anna Calvi, with her debut album to be released via a Ninja Tune subsidiary in August, undoubtedly as one of the hottest releases of the summer. And just a few months later, she’s coming to Šiška!

Audacious, provocative, speaking her mind – this year’s Ljubljana Pride Parade Festival opening will undoubtedly be unforgettable thanks to an exclusive performance by lascivious electroclash star Peaches!

After the hallow four-piece in white took to the stage at this year’s MENT Ljubljana, likely only a few expected one of the best gigs of the festival – but that’s exactly what happened. Moreso, Gigwise even declared Blue Crime’s performance one of the best concerts this year, advising: “Channelling the spirit of Sonic Youth’s intensity and Warpaint’s delectable harmonies, they’re not to be missed should the opportunity to see them arise.”
