Fans of darkwave and witch pop won’t want to miss out on ba:zel, an electroacoustic duo formed by Ewelina Chiu and Daniel Vlček. They’ve performed at festivals such as Colours of Ostrava and Waves Vienna, among others, and the project successfully strikes a delicate balance between stunning fragility and dark undertones, with Beehype describing it as “frosty minimalism”. During his time in the Czech Republic, Gašper Šantl was involved in the production of their music, and his sister Ana is the author of their photos.
Summer in Šiška is a series of free evening concerts, helping you chase away the summer boredom. If the weather cooperates, we’ll cool off with a refreshing drink on the summer terrace of Café Kino Šiška, and if it looks to be raining, we’ll listen to good tunes curled up on the couches in our lobby.
