Following the press conference on Thursday 3 July at noon in Sanje Bookstore, Ljubljana, Birgitta Jónsdóttir is coming to Kino Šiška the following day.

Jónsdóttir has already brought two political parties to Alting, the oldest parliament in the world – i.e. the Citizens Movement and the Pirate Party of Iceland, which she also chairs. As a member of the Icelandic parliament, she has initiated a number of projects, fought tirelessly for freedom of speech, as well as human rights, and supported investigative journalism.
