Festive December … festive indeed if you’re a fan of the Swiss folk metal band Eluveitie, as they’re returning to Ljubljana!
The numerous group will release the album Ategnatos, which means “rebirth” in Gaelic, via Nuclear Blast in April. The intriguing, likely conceptual album will certainly show what Eluveitie are capable of in 2019. Appropriately, the new concert cycle will present the new album, but they certainly won’t forget the evergreen classics, especially those off of the cult album Slania. As Eluveitie almost always sell out the show, we advise you to get your ticket soon.
In addition to the Swiss band, the evening will feature the one and only Italian gothic metal group Lacuna Coil, led by the incredibly charismatic Christina Scabbia. The band will serve up a gloomy metal experience the likes of which you have likely never seen before, as the acclaimed band certainly never does anything less than 110-percent.
The evening will be opened by the riffage of Infected Rain, which you’ll be able to see at the MetalDays festival as well.
