The legendary Croatian rockers Hladno Pivo are returning to Šiška. Following their highly successful tour, one of the most popular regional bands of all time is going on a longer concert hiatus for an indefinite period of time, so this might be the last chance to catch them live in the capital!
Veteran Zagreb entertainers Hladno Pivo established themselves as one of the most important bands in our region during their 35-year career. The authors of folk hits such as “Pitala si me”, “Nije sve tako sivo”, “Zimmer Frei” and countless others tirelessly worked their way from the sharp punk rock beginnings of the cult debut album Džinovski to becoming a regional house name band that easily sells out even the biggest Croatian venues.
During their long career, the band released eight studio albums, won a bunch of prestigious Croatian Porin Music Awards, collaborated with musical legends such as Josipa Lisac and Edo Maajka, and played countless concerts all over. No wonder, then, that after a successful and extensive 35th anniversary tour, they are going on an indefinite concert hiatus. In the coming period, the indispensable frontman of the band Mile Kekin will focus on his solo career, while the remaining members of the band will work on the Guerrilla Mainstream project. Before that, the entire band will play the final concerts before the break, including in October in Ljubljana. Don’t miss out – who knows when you’ll have the chance to hear Hladno Pivo live again.
