Local indie rock aces MRFY will step out of the studio, where they’ve been working on their second album, and present some of the new material live exclusively in our stream!
In 2020, MRFY weren’t often seen out of lockdown, where they’ve been working on their sophomore album with renowned producer Žare Pak. They crashed the scene together with Matter on their hype single “Zonzei”, playing it live a couple of times for wild masked crowds. Now they’re gearing up for the release of the first single from their new album, which you’ll be able to hear live exclusively via our stream. Those who are familiar with the everyday digital outpourings of these youths know that this event isn’t to be missed.
The indie rock four-piece from Novo Mesto, Slovenia, have been active since 2013, publishing their first single “Klic” in 2016. In 2018, they published their first EP A Side of the Story, touring it around Slovenia, including the Izštekani unplugged radio show with Jure Longyka. They performed at the MENT Ljubljana and Europavox festivals, with the latter naming them the Band of the Day, and warmed up for Siddharta. They’ve helped celebrate both our 9th and our 10th anniversaries, as well as opened for Skunk Anansie. During lockdown, they’ve been working on their new album.
