Kino Šiška is continuing its artist residencies.
Our guest this time will be intermedia artist Tanja Vujinović, who explores simulations, cyberspace, game culture and human–machine interactions in her work. Through the worlds she creates in virtual reality (VR), her works study experiences and the creation of meanings in the metaverse. During a two-day residency, the artist will use modern technology and collaborate with an experienced technical team to upgrade and develop a project that will come to life at Kino Šiška at the end of September as an exhibition and a hybrid event combining projections of her VR worlds, DJ performances and a spatial installation.
Tanja Vujinović is an established new media, visual and sound artist who has been working internationally since 1997.
