N’toko’s concert štream at the end of the world
Tune in on Tuesday, 2 June, at 9 PM CEST / 1 PM MT / 3 PM EST on the Zoom*, Facebook in YouTube platforms.
*Each concert will have a special ID number, which will be published on our website and social media. In order to watch the concert “from the front row”, you will have to download the Zoom app to your device (computer, tablet, phone). You can login under an assumed name and do not have to turn on your camera in order to watch the concert. Recordings of the concerts and the audience participation will later also be published on Kino Šiška’s YouTube channel.
N’toko is one of those artists whose music and lyrics seem tailor-made for the extraordinary times we’re living in. From the industrial wizardry of Blaž’s production on his most recent album Emirates to the pointed and utopian class analysis of his Slovenian lyrics, N’toko’s live opus takes us through all the absurdity, anger and hope of our quarantined age.
KUD Kataman has been active in music promotion since 2005. During its 15 years of tireless operation, its concert series LINK and NuYu have “LINKed” numerous related concert organizers, producers, venues and audiences. In its own organization/production and co-organisation/co-production, KUD Kataman has brought numerous international, ex-Yu and Slovenian acts to various Slovenian and ex-Yu venues and contexts, including names such as Lubomyr Melnyk, Hauschka, Nils Frahm, Zola Jesus, Chinawoman, New Wave Syria, Caribou, Lo-Hi-Fi, Dan Deacon, Kleemar, Elektro Guzzi, Xiu Xiu, It’s Everyone Else, Deerhoof, Nina Bulatovix, ANBB, !!!
