With Vračnica in bali, Bogdana Herman and Borut Savski build on the foundatiron of primordial ritual elements that Slovenian tradition is especially full of. For the authors, selected folk song arrangements are a time machine, jumping songs centuries ahead to modernity.
The second performance of the evening will feature Simon Svetlik (video projection and modulation), Ryuzo Fukuhara (dancing, movement) and Borut Kržišnik – Tušek (music, computer, audio modulation) with their Projekt “O”. Through intermedia intertwining of the visual and sonic expressions and movement, they explore the paths of creative freedom, reshaping them from one form to another and erasing the lines between the technological and the living, between mechanic definition and live unpredictability.
