Join us for a Working Saturday, where everyone from the age of 6 will be able to find something for themselves! We’ll be joined by the GUMB Association and Young Dragons / ČMC Šiška, and you’ll also be able to participate in a workshop by the DobraVaga Gallery, which has been representing Šiška at the central city market for six years already.
All workshops are free, and you can apply at ajda.kocutar@dobravaga.si. You’re welcome to attend any one of the workshops or spend the entire Working Saturday with us!

Mala re:ciklarnica: Cases and bracelets from used tyres
workshop
We will cut up used tyres, wash them and sew them into pen cases, mobile phone cases and colourful bracelets. To make them even more unique, we will draw on them with acrylic markers and add buttons. The workshop is intended for primary school children between the ages of 6 and 15, and parents and other companions are also welcome.
The series of workshops is prepared by Petra Gosenca from the GUMB Association.

The Kino Šiška outpost from Plečnik’s arcades is coming to the homebase for Saturday’s event! Together with artist and Zine Vitrine programme head Ema Kobal, we will make posters using selected graphic techniques.
The workshop is free and is intended for children from the age of 10 and adults.

Šiškarska ARTišnica
At the Working Saturday, together with Daša Štrbenc, you will make simple origami in different sizes and assemble them into larger works of art, or simply take them home as a souvenir.
The workshop is free and is intended for children from the age of 10 and adults.

Music production at ČMC Šiška
Toljo&Toljo will present the musical production and Musical Wednesdays at ČMC Šiška. Matej and Tadej Tolić are a promising DJ duo and regularly in attendance at the Young Dragon musical activities. They’ll treat us to their set between 3 and 4.30 PM. They’ll also show us how to use NI Maschine – a production station with a built-in sequencer and looper used to create live electronic music.
