The Kino Šiška box office is open from Monday to Friday between 3 p.m. and 8 p. m., on the day of the event to approximately half an hour after the event starts. REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED AND CANCELLED EVENTS
New instructions for refunds, valid from 21. 7. 2022
A refund of the purchase price is possible only in cases of cancellation or change of the date of the event.
For canceled events, the deadline for refunding the purchase price for purchased tickets is a maximum of two months from the announced date of the event.
For rescheduled events, the deadline for refunding the purchase price for purchased tickets is up to and including the date of the (rescheduled) event.
